Flight 111:
Check-in is 1hour before departure
Mbarara, Mweya, will operate with a minimum of 4 passengers. If less than 4 passengers are booked extra seats will be charged.

Flight 112:
Check-in is 30mins before departure
Mbarara, Mweya, will operate with a minimum of 4 passengers. If less than 4 passengers are booked extra seats will be charged.
Kasese, will operate with a minimum of 2 passengers. If less than 2 passengers are booked extra seats will be charged.

Terms & Conditions:
CHE CK IN TIM E is 60 minutes before flight time in Entebbe International Airport. Gate closes 30 minutes before departure time after which passengers will not be allowed to check in. Check in time from all bush airstrips is 30 minutes before departure time.
The domestic flight operator can be reached on the morning of schedule flights to get approximate arrival and departure times for various bush airstrips.
The flight operator reserves the right to change departure times or carrier when so required for operational, weather or safety reasons.

Due to the nature of safari flying this flight may not route direct as indicated in the ticket but stop via other scheduled destinations.
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOW POLIC Y & DE-PLANING:
Above 10 days before date of travel: $ 20 fee per ticket if tickets have been issued.
Between 9 to 5 days before date of travel: $ 50 fee per ticket
Within 4 days to date of travel and NO-SHOWS: No refund
No-Show Tickets are not transferable and are non – refundable. These tickets are valid for six months at a revalidation fee of $100 per ticket on availability basis. In the event of exceptional or humanitarian circumstances or for Passengers who are unable to travel for health reasons, a request for refund would be considered on an individual basis and will be granted at the company’s discretion.
All refunds will be subject to administrative fees of $20 per ticket, 5% PSP commissions where card payments have been processed and bank charges where bank transfers are required. These will be deducted from the refund.
Freight & Excess Baggage: Local Freight charged at USD 3.00 per kilo
International Freight charged at USD 4.00 per kilo
IDENTIFICATION: At check-in passengers will be required to show their passport/ National ID with a photograph for identification. For travel within East Africa, Yellow Fever certificate before departure is mandatory.
